  • What happens if I have a small accident and the damage is small?

In the event of small amount of damage to the vehicle and no other vehicles are involved (i.e. single vehicle accident), we will work with you to achieve the fairest outcome for everyone.

If the repair cost is more than the excess option you chose at the time of renting the car, you only pay the excess amount. This is why we always recommend you take an excess reduction option.

Please note that third party claims can take some time to resolve. To expedite this happening, you need to ensure that you get all the other drivers’ details and their insurance company’s details at the time of accident.
